Repairing the Damage
- As everyone heads back to the ship, Mildred the crow comes to meet them to find out what happened. Arthur flies back with her once he de-cheeses his wings.
- Arthur gives Grandfather a big hug once he's on board the ship; then they start cocoa for everyone.
- But then the Squeakers show up to arrest everyone. Willbury says he'll return from retirement to pursue it in court, and further, he presents Herbert as a key witness to the poisoning case that happened so many years ago.
- The police chief is embarrassed to learn all this, now that Willbury has evidence that Snatcher has been breaking all kinds of laws. The police all depart in a hurry.
- Willbury tells Grandfather that it should be safe for him to return to living aboveground.
