Odds of Getting In
It's a thriving field; however it is already saturated in many areas. Depending upon where you live, there are probably already hundreds of life coaches vying for the small pool of business that's out there.
That's not to say that you can't break in if you're new—you can. You just have to be better than the competition and have a way to let people know that.
You also need to shell out thousands of dollars and typically at least six months to get accredited by a coaching organization like ICF.
