Fame
Fame isn't exactly the word for a urologist. Some good substitutes might be "recognized," "renowned," or "distinguished"—something that makes you sound regal, intelligent, and dignified. If you become that kind of doctor, people will know your name.
You may even wind up on a morning talk show or two for brief health segments. People will recommend you to their friends and family and you'll gain more clientele. But, people will not be looking to you for the latest fashion trends or trying to find out who you're dating.
