Physical Danger
Aside from standing for long periods of time during surgeries, you barely exert yourself enough physically for anything to be considered a danger. You'll be in an overly sterile environment and, while you'll use some sharp tools that could nick you, that'd only happen if you're clumsy. And if you're clumsy, you probably shouldn't perform surgeries.
When there are no surgeries to perform, you basically just hang out with another human and take notes. The greatest threat might be a patient being a bully and ruining your self-esteem. But that's highly unlikely to happen. You'll be fine (source).
