Requirements:

The Alzheimer's Foundation for America wants you to be aware of what Alzheimer's is and how it affects your life. To win this one, submit a 2-minute non-fiction video that showcases "A moment in relation to Alzheimer's disease when you learned something about your understanding of the disease, learned something about caregiving, or decided to become a community volunteer/activist." Winning vids must be original and will be posted by the AFA's social networking channels. To check out a few past winning videos, head here.
