What do we mean when we say it today?
Shakespeare's little turn of a phrase is all over the place today. We hear it in every day conversation just about everywhere. This is one that hasn't changed much in the last 400 years either. We don't usually really use the word "full" to mean "completed" all that much anymore, but we do when it comes to this phrase.
