These guys aren't super-important. They're just the emissaries sent by Hezekiah to talk to Sennacherib and the Rabshakeh, who say some intimidating things. The trio freak out, tear their clothes, and go back to Hezekiah. But when God slaughters the Assyrians, everything works out in the end.
