Huldah is a prophetess, married to the keeper of the royal wardrobe, Shallum. After Josiah discovers the "Book of the Law" and starts purifying the country of its illicit religious practices, he asks Huldah what's going to happen to Judah. She says that Josiah will be rewarded and dealt with justly, since he's so righteous, but the rest of Judah isn't so fortunate. They're still going to need to pay for their sins—everything will be destroyed and they'll be sent into exile. It's tough luck.
