Mr. Ward

This one is pretty obvious. Even though it's Wesley who gives Mr. Ward the idea for Open Mike Fridays, and it's the kids who keep bringing in poems, Mr. Ward is the one who encourages each of his students to dream big dreams and reach for the future. He wants them all to feel like they are important and have something to say. Mission accomplished, Teach.
