- Tyro's out of school for a week. Everyone knows that his sister died.
- Bart wonders if he and Tyro will become closer once Tyro returns to school. Maybe they can be friends…
- Finally Tyro returns to school. Bart runs into him in the hall and says he's sorry about Nola—and
- Tyro responds by punching Bart in the stomach. Hard. Wait, what? We thought they were going to be besties.
- Bart punches Tyro back, and then they just go to town on each other. Bart punches and punches and punches.
- As he fights, Bart is flooded with memories of his dad, which makes him fight even harder. Finally Dr. Bratton separates them.
- The fight finally did the trick: Bart is done-zo. To his delight, there will be no more Baileywell for him, effective immediately.
- Bart is homeschooled for the rest of the year, and when he returns to public school in the fall, everything feels like it's gone back to normal.
- A few years pass, and Bart's mom remarries. Bart still feels sad and a little broken, but things are much better overall.
- And just like that, Bart's an adult with his own kids. Yeah, we just fast-forwarded through, like, fifteen years.
- Bart says that when he and his family visit his mom and his stepdad, he shows his kids Baileywell, making sure to tell them how awful it is.
- Bart says he never got bullied after that year at Baileywell and his kids are never bullied, either. His life is basically perfect now. Good for him.
