There are a few references to sexuality in "Death in the Woods"—none of them very explicit. The reason why this one earns a PG-13 rating is that the references to sexuality in the book are rather unpleasant, touching on sexual assault and abuse.

While these references are far from gratuitous, they bear a brief mention. Or they mention a bear's briefs—we can never get that one right.
