Richie

Richie is right up there with the most horrific villains of all time—Darth Vader's got nothing on this dude. He's so scary and abusive that his stepkids can hardly be in the same room as him, he repeatedly attacks Eleanor's mom, and it's implied that he may have sexually abused Eleanor's younger sister. Richie is the guy that keeps Eleanor and Park apart, forcing their relationship to develop in the shadows and then, near the end, forcing Eleanor to run for her life.
