Character Analysis
This dreadful duo is defined by their complete and utter lack of interest in courtesy; Turpine through being downright rude, and Blandina through being fake-polite. Turpine's rudeness takes him to such an extreme that he refuses to let Calepine and Serena recover from their wounds in his home. Arthur later returns to show them a lesson, but again he's so rude he doesn't even appreciate the mercy Arthur ultimately shows him, and he winds up handing upside down from a tree. Turpine and Blandina demonstrate how easy it is to move from rudeness to true cruelty.
