Forrest and/or Bullies

This one is a little tricky because there's no clear villain in Forrest Gump. Sure, there are bullies who try to chase him down or mock him, but the situation always ends up working out for him: the leg braces fall off, the football coach notices him, and Forrest triumphs.

But, if we think of an antagonist as someone or something that stands in the protagonist's way, then we'd have to say that the antagonist of Forrest Gump is none other than Forrest himself—and specifically, the limitations of his birth. After all, the entire movie is about his triumph over his low intelligence and those leg braces.
