Tobias "Four" Eaton Timeline & Summary

Tobias gets his aptitude test results: Abnegation.
At home, his father catches him looking at his secret sentimental objects and whips him with a belt. Those beanie babies aren't even worth anything!
The next day, Tobias chooses Dauntless at the Choosing Ceremony, leaving his abusive father forever.
He jumps into the Pit last, but ends up having only four fears, which gives him confidence.
When asked his name, he calls himself Four.
Four beats everyone up in initiation and becomes number one. Four is one!
He might be Divergent, and his trainer, Amar, gets killed for knowing this.
Mama Four, Evelyn Eaton, turns out to still be alive, and she summons her son to be her lackey.
He declines, and decides not to be a Dauntless leader either, because Evelyn tells him that Jeanine and Max are looking for a pawn.
Eric takes over, making Dauntless a scary, violent place.
Four is confused about his fate. What's an even number like him to do?
He meets Tris, who strikes him as odd, but in a good way. They lock lips and Four decides that everything he does, he'll do it for her.
