Rizzo

We almost put Rizzo in the antagonist category, because she literally antagonizes Sandy multiple times throughout the movie. But Rizzo doesn't do it because she's a villain with evil motivations who wants to destroy Sandy. She just wants Sandy to be a little more like her. Or maybe she wants to be a little more like Sandy.

Either way, the two reach a compromise by the end of the movie.
