Ballerina

Let's face it, everyone strives to be beautiful or strong or smart or something that sets us apart from the rest. Ballerinas are symbols of beauty and grace. They're inspiring. Well, except for the loony ones—and the ones in "Harrison Bergeron," who have weighted sacks hanging around their necks and grotesque masks on their faces.

But when Harrison Bergeron the character frees one of the ballerinas from her bonds and strips of her mask, she shows her true, awe-inspiring beauty. With the ballerina as Harrison's Empress, the two of them are able to literally soar to new heights, flying thirty feet into the air and kissing the ceiling. It's a feat that inspires us to be great as well, as long as Diana Moon Glampers isn't lurking around the corner ready to put a shotgun shell through our hearts.
