Quote #4
SCRIMGEOUR: "To Hermione Jean Granger, I leave my copy of The Tales of Beedle the Bard in the hope that she find it entertaining and instructive."
Again, we have another mysterious Dumbledore bequest, this time to Hermione. Like Ron, she has no real clue why Dumbledore wanted to leave that book to her. Well, at least not yet.
Quote #5
AUNTIE MURIEL: Don't despair, Elphias. I'm told he's been thoroughly unriddled by Rita Skeeter. In 800 pages, no less. Word has it that someone talked to her…someone who knew the Dumbledore family well. Both you and I know who that is, Elphias.
ELPHIAS: A monstrous betrayal.
HARRY: Who are we talking about?
AUNTIE MURIEL: Bathilda Bagshot.
From this conversation among Harry, Elphias, and Ron's Auntie Muriel, it sounds like Rita Skeeter did get someone to spill Dumbledore's secrets: a magical historian named Bathilda Bagshot.
Quote #6
RON: Seems strange, mate. Dumbledore sends you off to find all these Horcruxes, but doesn't tell you how to destroy them. Doesn't that bother you?
We're not sure what reason Harry would have for withholding any information he had about Dumbledore's plans/intentions for hunting Horcruxes, but Ron sure thinks that's what's happening—and he is not impressed.
