Nothing says romance like getting locked in a cage with a naked werewolf girl who seduces you so she can have a little stress relief. Beyond the physical component of their relationship, though, Sam and Bridin definitely seem to have chemistry. Or maybe they just seriously bond over the experience of being targets of Douglas's wrath and working together to escape his chamber of horrors. Either way, we wouldn't be surprised if the next book in the Necromancer series features a full-on relationship between these two.
