Exactly how steamy is this story?

While Hold Me Closer, Necromancer does include a pretty steamy scene of human-on-werewolf foreplay, the action conveniently cuts away from Bridin and Sam doing the actual deed. Still, there's plenty of sexual tension between these two. When Sam first wakes up in the cage, for example, Bridin's in her human form and is totally naked. She "caresses" his wounds (19.42), and Sam can't help being totally arrested by her presence. He describes, "She glowed […] It was like her soul was on fire. I swallowed hard" (19.52-53). Yeah, you did, Sam.
While Sam eventually makes her put on his shirt and boxer shorts so he can try to think of a plan to get them out of the dungeon, it's obvious that his thoughts aren't too far from the werewolf temptress for the duration of their time locked up together.
