Mother Paula's Pancake House and Dana Matherson

Mother Paula's

The colossal corporation definitely fits the role of antagonist. First of all, they're the ones putting the burrowing owls in danger and become the prime target for Mullet Fingers' high jinks. And nasty vice-president, Chuck Muckle, further establishes the pancake house chain as the bad guys.

Dana Matherson

While not as powerful as Mother Paula's, Dana's certainly an antagonist for Roy (and probably every other kid he bullies). Dana makes it difficult for Roy to ride the school bus in peace and isn't thrilled with the idea of calling a truce. But this bully is just another hurdle for Roy to leap over.
