Mullet Fingers Timeline and Summary

Mullet Fingers officially appears on the scene when he catches Roy snooping around his camp site in the woods.
The two boys meet again when Mullet Finger needs help from Roy after getting bitten by some dogs.
Mullet Fingers shows Roy the owls at the construction site and explains why he's trying to save them. But the dog bites are infected so Beatrice and Roy take him to the hospital.
He heals up just fine and the next day, Mullet Fingers brings Roy to a secret creek where he demonstrates how he got his nickname.
Despite having Beatrice and Roy willing to fight with him, Mullet Fingers firmly tells Roy, "I already caused enough trouble for you and my sister. This is my war from now on" (18.146).
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mullet Fingers pops up at the last minute burrowed in one of the owls' holes.
After the successful protest, Mullet Fingers moves back home but can only last a few days until he runs away again.
