Let's get one thing straight: An antagonist isn't automatically a bad guy. Sure, a lot of antagonists just so happen to be on the wrong side of the moral scales, but that's not what makes them an antagonist. It's more about the idea that they are in opposition to the protagonist.

So since our protagonist is Delphine, we bet you can guess who our antagonist is. That's right, it's Cecile. After all, Cecile abandoned Delphine and her sisters when they were little and never looked back. As if that wasn't bad enough, she doesn't exactly bust out the welcome wagon when Delphine arrives. It seems like Cecile stops Delphine from doing what she wants to do, every step of the way.
