Black Panthers

At first, Delphine thinks the Black Panthers are the wrong crowd. That's before she gets to know them, though. Once she does, it doesn't take long before she listens to them for advice about power and rights. She might not agree with everything the Panthers do, but she learns a lot from hanging around them. They help her see that racism exists everywhere in their day-to-day lives and give her the tools to combat it as best she can.
