In addition to being violent, this quote is a pretty clear expression of one person having power over another. It would be one thing if it were something Trujillo could think about but not execute (no pun intended). But, unfortunately, we're well aware of the fact that he can kill whomever he wants, because he has absolute power in the Dominican Republic.
