Riff Raff

Sure, Frank's a little intimidating. And yes, he kills Eddie with a pickax. But aside from that, everyone in the house seems like one big happy family. Even though Frank kills Eddie, it never feels like Brad and Janet are in danger too. Things turn a bit at the dinner scene, but by this point, we're kind of rooting for Frank too. It's complicated.

So the most clear-cut antagonist is the one who kills multiple people: Riff Raff. He's unhinged, yet calm, which is always a dangerous combination. During the final scene, you fear he could turn the laser gun on anyone, and we're glad he doesn't.
