How It All Goes Down
- It's only October and winter is already in full swing: Snow is falling, the wind is howling, and the workers are getting cold.
- The workers talk about how the cold means the end times are near.
- One of them, McIntyre, is convinced that the animals are exactly what Revelation talks about in the Bible. We're talking rivers of blood, plagues of locusts, giant hailstones, twenty more seasons of Jersey Shore.
- This is all part of the last book of the Bible. God hits John with a doozy of a revelation (hey, that's not a bad idea for a title). A lot of it is God's wrath on non-believers. Want to learn more? Check out our learning guide for the full deets on the apocalypse.
- Now back to the show. McIntyre figures that the end is near, especially since Serena is bossy and "wears the pants" so to speak—literally and figuratively.
- Some of the other workers brush him off, but McIntyre is absolutely certain that the days of the world are over.
- There's darkness all around, after all.
