Here, the speaker reiterates his sentiments from lines 9-12. The memory of his friend's "sweet love" makes him feel such personal and/or spiritual "wealth" that he wouldn't trade places with anyone else—not even the richest or most powerful dudes on earth ("kings"). In other words, Shakespeare seems to be telling us that as long as we have good friends, we'll never be "poor." What? You don't think this "sweet love" has anything to do with friendship? Okay, fine.
