Sydney/Ondine

Ondine and Sydney have always done everything they can to help their niece Jade. We heart Sydeny and Ondine. They have spent almost all of their savings to ensure that she has the best possible life, but they have always done so with the expectation that Jade will repay them by taking care of them in their old age. Ondine tries to advise Jade that she'll need to be dutiful and respectful if she ever wants to become a good woman, but Jade refuses to listen to her advice and takes off to France to fulfill personal ambitions.
