Here's the deal: for the most part, this book is a pretty easy read. Jiménez keeps the sentences on the simple side and there's enough action to make this book a breeze to get through. But there are also two things that make The Circuit a wee bit tougher:
- Thing One: The characters move around. A lot. And it's not always clear where they've moved to, so if you get confused just head on over to the "Summary" section and we'll sort things out for you.
- Thing Two: Francisco has a pretty rough life. So while the sentences might be simple, his story features a lot of hardship, and that makes it harder to get through parts of this book.
