Kasper Gutman

Gutman is a big man. Just as Gretchen Wieners's hair is full of secrets, so is Kasper Gutman's big belly.

He's less a guide/mentor and more of an info-dump character—he tells Spade the background of the Falcon. Gutman also does the classic supervillain monologue at the end, and explains the entire plot to Spade. Maybe he could find the real Falcon if he spent his time searching for it instead of talking about it.
