Oberlus ("The Encantadas") Timeline and Summary

Oberlus was deserted at some point on Hood's Isle.
He lived there alone growing madder and meaner.
He managed to obtain a musket somehow from a ship passing through.
He sets out to kidnap people from ships, and manages to capture several, who he keeps enslaved.
Some try to capture him, but he escapes to Payta.
He is eventually arrested there for other crimes, and put in jail. It's not clear what happened to him after that.
