The two adult Walkers are great at listening and dispensing advice. Problem is, Lennie doesn't want to talk. It isn't until Part 2, when she's lost both the boys in her life, that Lennie starts confiding in Gram and Uncle Big. Luckily for her, they understand her grief, and welcome her back into the fold with open arms.
