The Solitary Reaper

(2) Sea Level

Wordsworth's shorter poems are usually pretty kind. The diction is always really basic, the sentence structure (syntax) isn't as winding, long, and complicated as it is in The Prelude, and overall things are nice and straightforward. This is the case with "The Solitary Reaper," which, with a few small exceptions (that stanza about the birds almost gets a little tricky) isn't too difficult.
