Kevin Khatchadourian Timeline & Summary

Kevin is born!
Kevin screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams and screams.
Then Kevin stops screaming.
Kevin gets a squirt gun and he squirts and squirts and squirts, squirting water, grape juice, ink, or anything else he can use to destroy things—until Eva stomps on the gun and breaks it.
Kevin wears a diaper until he's six. He poops and poops and… okay, we'll stop there.
After being thrown against the wall by Eva and breaking an arm, Kevin stops pooping in his diaper. He instantly uses the toilet, because he knew how to use it all along.
In high school, Kevin writes boring essays, makes boring friends, and acts as boring as possible.
When he does make waves, he does things like accuse a teacher of sexual harassment or call Eva out on all her hypocrisy.
We're not sure what Kevin does that causes his sister to lose an eye, but Eva is sure he had something to do with it.
Kevin soon kills his sister, his dad, several of his classmates, and a teacher.
Kevin is put in jail, where he never expresses remorse for his killings—not even in a documentary made about him.
But Kevin is scared to get transferred to adult jail on his eighteenth birthday. He tells his mother he loves her (maybe) for the first time ever.
Is Kevin softening? Or is this yet another of his manipulations?
