Doc

Doc is the guy who gives Tony a way out: a job. He sticks by him even after he's killed Bernardo and gives him money to get out of town. It's hard thinking of Doc as a mentor, since his advice largely goes ignored. But at least he cares enough to give advice, which is more than we can say from most of the other adults. That's enough to qualify him for mentor status, though he's definitely a Cassandra kind of mentor: the kind who can warn but isn't believed. Doc can't do anything about anything.
