Qualifications
You're going to need either innate brilliance or a pretty decent computer science education. With some jobs it's the piece of paper (the degree), but for other jobs it's what you know. Some of the biggest names in computing and technology never even completed their undergrad. Gates, Jobs, Zuckerberg, etc., but again those guys developed extremely lucrative products, not just some mind boggling data processing theory.
