Odds of Hanging On
If you can handle the pressure and the fast pace of the job, the odds of hanging on are pretty good.
You'll need to do stellar work, of course and get a great reputation as a top doc.
The good news is that while other doctors have to deal with the fluctuations of the fickle healthcare insurance industry, you won’t have to. Cosmetic surgeries are, for the most part, elective and not covered by any kinds of insurance—unless you’re able to convince an insurance company that having a killer bod is life or death (which may be the case in Beverly Hills, but that doesn't mean you'll get your nice new nose covered, even if it helps you breath better).
