Fame

Magazines with everyone's face but yours. (Source)

You're not the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund. You won't have your face on the cover of the Wall Street Journal or be invited on The Daily Show for a show-stopping interview. Your spotlight moments will probably be restricted to local news articles, promotional newsletters for your bank, or one of those "day in the life..." articles that local magazines do.

The best kind of fame you can hope for in this career is fame amongst your staff and the local bankers in your town for being the best darn manager in the whole darn world. It's not the same as being Taylor Swift, but it's still a pretty nice feeling.
