Rifle doesn't have any scholarships that are officially sponsored by the NCAA, but there are plenty of private scholarships available, from organizations like (can you guess?) the National Rifle Association (source). These scholarships are awarded based on the shooter's application, their oral presentation, and their shooting scores (duh).

By the way, to get a scholarship from the NRA, you have to be a big fan of the Second Amendment (source). Some scholarships also require that you introduce an NRA-sponsored firearm education program to their communities (source). Show you like guns. Show that you like guns so much that you want everyone to have them.
