Aladdin Scene 15 Summary

  • What's that music? It's a Disney song, of course.
  • "Prince Ali" is Aladdin's re-introduction to Agrabah. But this time, he's the high-and-mighty Prince Ali. He's got fancy clothes and gold and jewels and tons of servants.
  • The people are impressed. Jasmine? Not so much.
  • The Sultan is super psyched to welcome this new and obviously rich prince into the palace. Jafar? Not so much.
  • Though Jafar keeps trying to persuade him otherwise, the Sultan seems to think that Prince Ali will make a great husband for Jasmine.
  • Jasmine walks in to see all the guys making marriage plans and is pretty ticked. Did anyone consider asking her what she might think about this new dude before deciding she would spend the rest of her life with him?
  • Later that night, Jasmine still won't meet with Aladdin, and he's kind of down in the dumps. What does the Genie think he should do?
  • The Genie suggests: Hey, how about telling the truth and being himself?
  • No way. Girls hate that. Honesty is the worst. Nope.
  • Aladdin decides to stick with the Prince Ali plan for now.
  • Fingers crossed?
