"Here's where Cameron goes berserk"
- Ferris, Cameron, and Sloane are driving home. Cameron says he feels good, and that those guys at the garage were okay after all. Just then Ferris notices the odometer. The attendants put 175 miles on the car. Uh oh…
- Cameron loses it. He lets loose a scream so long and loud that we have time for a montage of scenes from Chicago that suggests just how great the magnitude of the scream is.
- Ferris, Cameron, and Sloane continue driving up Lake Shore Drive. Cameron sits on top of the backseat with the wind in his face, open-mouthed, in shock, and speechless. He must be swallowing so. Many. Bugs.
- Back at the Buellers', the doorbell rings. Assuming it's the police, Jeanie emerges from beneath her bedspread and goes downstairs. It isn't the authorities, though; it's more deliveries: flowers, balloons, and a naughty nurse. Our girl Jeanie is not amused.
- Ferris and Sloane take Cameron to the beach. He's catatonic. Ferris breaks the fourth wall and explains that he thinks this is for real. He and Cameron are about to graduate, Sloane still has another year of high school, and everybody's stressed about what's next. He also divulges that Cameron's never been in love, and therefore will marry the first woman with whom he's intimate. She won't respect him, and it'll be generally horrible. Gee, no wonder Cameron's not waking up for this.
- Speaking of this, Sloane claims that their Lake Michigan treatment isn't working, and they need to try something else.
- Ferris, Cameron, and Sloane set up shop in somebody's backyard swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Whose yard is it? We have no idea, but they have a boom box, Pepsi, and Oreos. Good times.
- Ferris and Sloane are chilling in the hot tub, while Cameron sits in a chair perched at the end of the pool's diving board. Ferris and Sloane ask him how he's doing, but he stays mum, and then falls head first into the pool. He settles on the bottom and looks around.
- Ferris dives in and pulls Cameron out. He yells at Cameron to wake up, and when Cameron does, he smiles, and mockingly says, "Ferris Bueller, you're my hero." Ferris is understandably cheesed off and lunges after him. Then they all roughhouse in the water. Ferris does so while wearing some questionable leopard print shorts.
