The Dinner (Julianna)
- Now we get to hear about the disastrous Loski-Baker dinner party from Juli's perspective.
- Since Juli has just overheard Bryce and Garrett joking about her disabled uncle in the library, she is still super angry at Bryce. She even considers boycotting the dinner, but doesn't want to disappoint her mom.
- At Bryce's house Juli tells him just how angry he is. He explains that he was really angry at Garrett, but couldn't do anything about it—Juli thinks he might be telling the truth, but she also thinks he stinks for not standing up for her and her uncle. So she joins in a conversation about perpetual motion to distract herself and get rid of Bryce.
- When it's time to sit down for dinner, Bryce tries to apologize again to Juli and she snaps at him; she immediately realizes that she was rude, but it's too late.
- At dinner Juli watches as Mr. Loski grills her brothers, and her parents look proud of their sons' music; she's also pretty surprised to see Lynetta be so supportive of her bros.
- After dinner, Juli decides to apologize to Bryce for being rude earlier.
- Back home with her family, the Bakers have some tender times. Mike and Matt talk about how thankful they are to have such a great dad, and Juli is feeling pretty happy about her family too.
- The next day she has a chat with Mrs. Stueby about her chicks. Mrs. Stueby thinks Juli should get a rooster so the hens keep laying eggs and her business grows, but Juli decides not to go for it. She is okay with her hens not laying any more eggs. Maybe she's changing?
