- Meanwhile, at Azkaban prison, ten Death Eaters escape. One of them is Bellatrix Lestrange. She looks like someone you don't want to mess with.
- Naturally, Fudge refuses to see that Voldemort is behind this breakout. He's in denial.
- Later, in the Room of Requirement, Neville tells Harry that Bellatrix was the Death Eater who tortured his parents to the point of insanity because she wanted to get information out of them. Poor Neville.
- On another night, the members of Dumbledore's Army are figuring out how to cast Patronus Charms. They're making good progress when suddenly the room starts to shake.
- It's Umbridge. She's blasted a hole in the wall to the Room of Requirement. And she's got Cho Chang with her as her informant.
- Umbridge takes Harry up to Dumbledore's office and summons Fudge. There she accuses Dumbledore of a plot to overthrow the Ministry. After all, the student's were signed up for "Dumbledore's Army."
- Dumbledore admits to everything. He tells Umbridge and Fudge that he told Harry to form this group so he could indeed seize control of the Ministry.
- This is all a lie and Harry tries to protest, but Dumbledore won't hear of it.
- Naturally, Fudge is thrilled. He was right all along. He tells his assistants to arrest Dumbledore so he can stand trial for his crimes.
- Um, nope, says Dumbledore. He's not planning to go quietly. And just like that, Dumbledore's pet phoenix, Fawkes, swoops down over his head and Dumbledore disappears in a burst of flames.
- Wow. Dumbledore really knows how to make an exit.
