It's hard to say who's the true antagonist. If you think of The Holy Grail as a series of sketches each with its own challenge, our antagonists could include the Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog, The Legendary Black Beast of Aaarrggghhh, the rude Frenchman, the Knights Who Say Ni…the list goes on.

Maybe even Dennis could be seen as an antagonist in his own right; he certainly challenges our protagonist.

Another option; the Knights of the Round Table are their own worst enemies. Really, no one gets in their way more than they do.
