Mr. Bell

Good old Mr. Bell. He's a real fairy godfather. Mr. Bell isn't in this book very much, but if there's anyone who serves as a guide to Margaret, it's definitely him. It's not like the guy gives Margaret a ton of advice. What he does give, though, is all of his money when he dies. Margaret will never have to worry about her finances again, and she gets to help the new-and-improved John Thornton to boot.

What an awesome dude Mr. Bell is.
