Monticelso (as Guide to Francisco)

Monticelso isn't exactly Obi-Wan-Kenobi. But he does serve some important guide functions, like letting Francisco look at his book of known criminals. But in the end, who's really the wise one? Francisco seems to have a steadier head than Monticelso. Also, we should note that Monticelso is a guide to the antagonist—Flamineo doesn't really have a guide. There's no one with more evil savvy than him, anyway.
