The Colonel

The Colonel often refers to Mo as "Soldier," and that's for good reason: She's his little trooper. He's the one who found Mo floating in the creek all those years ago, and he's raised her like she's his own daughter. Even if he's not super affectionate, Mo's learned everything that she knows from the Colonel, and she knows that he'll always be there to protect her. He even calls her when he's being held hostage to tell her not to trust anyone and to find the packet of papers hidden in his room. The Colonel is definitely Mo's guiding star, plus we're not sure she would've solved the case without him.
