Cabbarus

Cabbarus is the number one villain in Westmark. He oppresses the people of Westmark, deludes the rightful king and keeps him sick to prevent him from ruling properly, restricts freedom of the press, attempted to kill the princess, murders people, and is generally a nasty dude. Most importantly, he tries to keep people that love each other apart—like Queen Caroline and King Augustine and their daughter, whom he attempts to kill—and attempts to stop justice from prevailing by rooting out those who want it, like Florian. Ugh all around with this guy.
