Whit and Wisty Allgood

This brother-and-sister duo shares the spotlight when it comes to heroics. Since the narrative's point of view goes back and forth between them from chapter to chapter, Whit and Wisty are both considered protagonists. Another clue is all the heroic stuff they do, including saving a bunch of kids during the prison raid. Are they actually the Liberators whom the prophecy says will save the world? Hard to say, but for the moment, they're definitely heroes.
